Bear's Honey Cornbread
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. In another bowl beat eggs well, add cream, oil and Honey to eggs beat well. Stir into dry mixture; stir well. Pour into a greased 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick in center comes clean.
